The Lucas Project is the ongoing documentary of one man's climb — building businesses, chasing massive ideas, and refusing to live small. It's the raw, unfiltered mix of work, adventure, lessons, chaos, wins, side quests, and everything in between. This isn't a highlight reel. It's the real thing — the $10M+ in roof sales, the dirt bike accident that blew out a knee, the pivot to AI, the late nights, and every lesson earned the hard way.

Six years in the field. Multiple companies built from scratch. A dirt bike accident that destroyed a knee and launched a software company. The Lucas Project exists because building something real in public matters — and someone needs to show what the climb actually looks like.

Founder of The Lucas Project, Sausera, and Scurvy Dog Empire, plus my roofing and construction company LW Precision Contracting — and co-founder of Screaming Eagle Construction and Bluejay Roofing. Won training MVP out of thousands of reps. Set records that still stand. Then a dirt bike sent me to a wheelchair — which sent me to a computer — which sent me straight into AI. Sausera was built from that chair. Every chapter in this story was earned the hard way, not handed over. Based in Texas. Always building.
